What Not To Do With a Breaker Panel

I was browsing through some interesting things at the This Old House website and came across a collection of pics from home inspectors. This one just floored me! A very hasty wiring job with absolutely no circuit breakers. Did they think this could pass code inspection?! This just makes me shudder! Check out the rest of the Home Inspection Nightmares.
